Quick fat burning sledge and heavy bag workout

Did a quick sledge hammer slams workout 1 set
16 rounds :20 work, :20 rest
Pounded it hard. Got the HR up big time.

Then moved onto heavy bag training. Just picking it up throwing over the shoulder, or slamming it to the ground, or push pressing it into the air, or speed deads.
Did 8 rounds of :24/:30.

Awesome workout. Don’t know the total time, but I was spent. Fat burning at it’s finest.
