Time is the most important commodity we have. People that say they ‘don’t have time to workout’, it’s an excuse to continue with your ways down the path of mediocrity, obesity, laziness, poor health, and a sick-ladened retirement. Exercise is a drug, just like American Idol, and some of the other crap on, fast food, cigarettes and other vices are to some people. But American Idol isn’t going to help you live longer, is it?
I accomplished a great workout in 16 minutes. Pressed for time never stopped me. My workout:
Giant Sets:
Kettlebell alternating swings 8/8×50
KB Cleans 6/6 x 50
KB Snatches 6/6 x 50
Glute Ham raises 8 x bw
KB Goblet squats 8×50
rest 1 minute repeat for 4 sets
KB Turkish getups 4/4×50
