Today marks my first official blog post. Very exciting–at least for me anyways. I will be posting sports training tips, nutrition tips, the training that I personally do, and videos that I think relate to athletes’ training and the world of competitive lifting. A bit about me, I just started up a company called Yun Strength and Fitness Systems LLC. I main focus is on training athletes to become better at their sports with strength and conditioning and sports nutrition programs that I design. My type of training is non-conventional to say the least. The way that Rocky trained for his fight against Drago is a good way to describe it. Also Zach Even-Esh is a good real-life example of someone that does this type of training- he calls it Underground training. I call it Animal based training. Cause that’s what I feel like when I train. It’s awesome. Especially now, it’s getting a little warmer in Columbus, OH and I’ve been able to get outside and train.
