Training 12/16 body weight and bands

Haven’t been posting my workouts like I should of. Sorry :( Will try and get them up more frequently. Tuesday’s workout was:

Tri-sets of
Handstand pushups x 6
band rows average x 10
kettlebell pullovers on floor 8×70
4 total sets

Tri-sets of
pushups x 20, 20, 15
kettlebell rows with mini bands x 10
bruce lee pushups on knees x 6-8
3 total sets

Ended with 4 negative pushups as slow as possible. Short and sweet workout.
