Went back to train at my gym on Saturday. 1st time back there in a couple weeks, been really busy with regular 9-5er and my Yun Strength and Fitness Systems. I actually started writing an ebook, should be out in May. Haven’t set a title in stone but it’s about Rope Training. Training with the rope is pretty old school when you think about it, just you and your body and a piece of rope. Challenging to say the least, but a great training tool. I’ll keep you posted when it’s done. My workout Saturday was as follows:
1-hand BB snatch- 2/2×85, 2×2/2×90 did these for the first time in about 6 months–they felt real good, olympic lifts usually get stares, but this one more than usual.
Clean pulls off rack- 4×185, 3x4x235
good mornings- 6×135, 5×165, 2x5x175
1-leg glute bridge 7/7xwt, 2×6/6 with foot on med ball
hyper extensions x 15 superset with bridge plank :60
conditioning on treadmill:
2 sets of 6 rounds of :20 sprint/:20 rest @10.3 mph
treadmill obviously changes my running form, everytime I do this I get a rash on my inner thighs from them rubbing up against each other, when I do it outside nothing.
