kettlebell training plus some bands

Jason Yun Kettlebell snatch

35 minute workout today. Started off with
3×3/3 of 1-handed pushups superset w/
kb 1-h rows working up to 110′s x 6/6

then moved onto KB overhead press
5×70 (lost lots of strength in that one :( )
1 set of jerks x 70 x 8/8

superset band pull aparts with band shrugs
2x8xlight
2x8xlight+mini

Ab work– swiss ball rollouts x 8
windshield wipers on floor x 12
situps on GHR- x 20
bridge x :30
giant set

finsihed off with 1 set of kettlebell swings 10/10×70
and :20/:10 x 5 rounds of high knee sprints

quick, effective, and mind clearing. Fueled up with some Prograde Workout. Quick shower, now back to work.
