Speed workout on the track with workout muse

Headed out over to the Hilliard jr high track for a quick workout. Took along the workout muse on my ipod. Really could tell a difference in my intensity, even though I was only running 40’s.

Workout was 10 40’s with :90 rest in between each set.

Then went to a finisher set of tabatas alternating bear crawls and gorrilla walks. :evil:

Can’t wait to get this Workout Muse into my boot camps. If you don’t know what it is, it’s an interval timing system set to music. Check it out here.
