Deadlifts, bodyweight, bands & kettlebells

Saturday decided to do some deadlifts. My weight set only goes up to 325, lost my 25 pounders somewhere at some park, so needed some extra weight. Decided to just add some iron woody bands. Just stepped on it, no fancy set up here. First time ever deadlifting in the grass, quite a different feel, actually had keep reversing the way I was facing the bar each set, bumpy.
4 x 6 325
2×3 325 + monster mini
2×2 325 + light
1×5 325

then moved into some supersets of staggered walking pushups and some pullups. 3 sets
then did some walking overhead snatch-grip barbell holds with 115, these are killer on the core and shoulders, especially when you got to turn around. 3 sets of that probably 25 yards total. :twisted:

Then on to some kettlebell windmills.
3×8/8 x 50
